via UPS Ground shipping service. International orders ship via UPS or USPS Services.
Warranty
The GameDay Laser is warranted for 2 years against defects in materials or
workmanship from Multi Radiance Medical, Solon, Ohio
We guarantee your satisfaction. The GameDay Laser can be returned within 30 days.
We reserve a right to charge not less a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price for
product returned in non-resalable condition. This money back guarantee is effective
from the date of delivery. You will be required to pay for the return shipping costs
and the applicable restocking fee (stated above). Please note that only orders
placed directly through Life Laser LLC are eligible for the money back guarantee.

Return Policy
To return a product, call Multi Radiance Medical customer support at
1 (800)-373-0955. Our support representative will give you a unique Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return
the product. You may not return a product without an RMA number. The product will
only be accepted as a return, if it is in as-new working condition. Multi Radiance
Medical will provide credit to either your credit card or via check. Ship the
product with the RMA number with insurance and a tracking number to the address:

Ohio Sales Tax
For orders made from within Ohio, a 7.75 % sales tax will be applied. All other US
based orders are tax free. International orders may require duties to be paid in your
country for importation.
Governing Law
This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio applicable to agreements
negotiated, executed and performed wholly and solely within the State of Ohio. The
parties agree that the State of Ohio's conflicts of laws rules shall not apply to this
